Scope & Applicability

This Code of Conduct applies to all employees, contractors, and representatives of Collegiate ABCs. Everyone is expected to uphold these standards at all times while working for or representing the company.

Anti-Harassment & Discrimination

  • Collegiate ABCs does not tolerate any form of harassment or discriminatory behavior.
  • Employees are required to support a workplace free from abuse, threats, or discrimination of any kind.

Dress Code & Appearance

  • Employees must adhere to company guidelines regarding dress code to maintain a professional image.

Conflict Resolution & Grievance Procedures
