MFV LLC owns and operates Collegiate ABCs and Lullavo, both sold through this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can reach us with questions.
Information we collect
When you place an order
- Name and shipping address, so we can get your order to you.
- Email address, for order confirmations and shipping updates.
- Phone number, if you choose to give it to us.
- Payment details. These are processed directly by WooPayments (Stripe) or PayPal. We never see or store your full card number on our servers.
When you sign up for email
If you join our list, for example through the “15% off your first order” form, we use Klaviyo to send marketing emails. You only hear from us if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Cookies and analytics
Like most online stores, we use cookies and similar tools to keep the cart working, understand how the site is used, and measure whether our ads are effective. The tools currently in use include:
- Jetpack Stats (WordPress.com’s built-in site analytics)
- Google Ads conversion tracking (Google’s gtag.js)
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel, via the official Facebook for WooCommerce plugin
- Klaviyo tracking, tied to our email marketing
The Lullavo app
Lullavo sticker packs connect to the Lullavo app, which has its own account system and stores voice recordings separately from this website. For details on how the app handles accounts and recordings, see the Lullavo Privacy Policy.
How we use your information
- To fulfill and ship your order.
- To process payment through our payment providers.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and answer support requests.
- To send marketing email, only if you’ve opted in.
Who we share it with
We share order information with the vendors that help us run the business: our payment processors (WooPayments/Stripe, PayPal), our email platform (Klaviyo), and the carriers that ship your order. We don’t sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and customer support purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we have on file for you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, reach out through our contact page. Deleting information tied to an active order or a Lullavo account with unclaimed recordings may affect our ability to help with that order or account, and we’ll let you know if that applies.
Children’s privacy
Our books and sticker packs are made for children, but they’re sold to adults. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. Voice recordings made in the Lullavo app are created and managed by the adult account holder, not by a child.
