Of course. Many programs order online right away, and others like a short call to talk through how it works for their families. Email us to set up a time.
Who pays for the stickers?
Your program pays $5 per sticker when you order. With the family code, families pay for their own at 25% off. With buy one, give one, your supporters pay for theirs and your program receives stickers free.
Do the stickers come with books?
No, we send stickers only. They work inside any book, so families can use a favorite from home or one from your shelf.
What do families need?
To record, a phone and an email address. To listen, just a phone camera.
Does our team see any recordings?
No. Families record on their own phones, and recordings are private by default. You never collect names or audio.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Orders start at 20 stickers at $5 each ($100). You can reorder any time.
How do we order?
Order online from our nonprofit order page, or email us for an invoice with the number of stickers, your shipping address and a billing contact.
Do you need information about the families we serve?
No. Your team never collects names or recordings. Families set up their own recording with their own email.
Who can hear a recording?
Recordings are private by default and never searchable. Anyone with the sticker’s code or its listen link can listen, so the book works like a key.
What are the limits?
Each sticker holds up to 30 minutes of reading, plus a short hello and goodbye. A recording can be redone for 7 days, then it seals so it stays just as the family made it. Recording and listening happen in a phone’s web browser. We ship within the US.
What if the reader lives far away?
They can be invited to record from their own phone, with no app to install.
What happens to recordings over time?
They are backed up every night, and families can download the original any time. Families can name a trusted contact, and if Lullavo ever closes, families get at least 90 days’ notice to download everything.
How fast do orders ship?
